Return & Refund Policy

All products go thought a quality check before shipment, we do not offer any refunds.

In some instances where the customers doesn't want to purchase from the store and needs money as a refund on the bank account, the admin may approve only if it is a valid request.

Once you receive the parcel, take an opening video to claim a refund on the below cases. To avoid many fake cases we have taken the necessary steps.
1. The items may be damaged during transit.
2. Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
3. Or that a wrong items if delivered to you.

Return of a product:
For returns of the product, wrong items or damaged items sent, we will arrange a return, in case return pickup is not available from our side, you must be able to courier it back. We recommend that while shipping an item back, pank the product in the same condition, we can assure the refund once it is received in the same condition we sent.

If refund and returns are decided by both ends products must be shipped the next working day after the fulfillment at the customer end and the proof of shipment must be submitted on the same day of shipment. Pack the product in the same condition, we can refund once it is received in the same condition we sent.

Note: No return & refund are applicable in any cases bought from a mega sale and discount sale.
